In CM1 students use the Le Nouvel Atelier de Français textbook and various texts carefully selected by the teacher.
In CM2 students use the Terre des Mots textbook. A new method based on texts as well as oral and written activities.

The course is geared towards the development of communication skills: students learn how to describe, debate, and conduct projects. This goes hand-in-hand with the reading choices: literary and journalistic pieces are careful selected and central to the class. Each class gives the child an opportunity to work on grammar, conjugation, and spelling. Each skill is first discovered by the student, analyzed and summarized, and finally put in use through activities.
This class is from 9:30am to 12:00pm.
