Presentation schedule and recognition

LES PETITS (in their classrooms)

NOTES for the Bébé et Moi, Bout’chous, Maternelles 1 et 2, Kindergarten 1 et 2 classes

Parents of the students in the following classes: Bébé et Moi, Bout’chous, Maternelles 1 et 2, Kindergarten 1 et 2 are invited to attend this end of year presentation in their child’s classroom according to the schedule below. 

Marc, Michel or Myriam will first recognize each student followed by a brief student presentation.

Please be sure to arrive on time.

Students in these classes will be dismissed for the summer at 11:00am under parental supervision.

• Bébé et Moi (2 sessions combined 10:00 – 10:50am):  End of Year Ecole du Samedi ceremony 10:15-10:25
  Please arrive in class 5 minutes early
   
• Bout’chous(2 sessions combined 10:00 – 11:00am): End of Year Ecole du Samedi ceremony 10:45-10:55
  Please arrive in class 5 minutes early

• Kindergarden 1: End of Year Ecole du Samedi ceremony 10:30-10:40
  Please arrive in class 5 minutes early

• Kindergarten 2: End of Year Ecole du Samedi ceremony 10:30-10:40
  Please arrive in class 5 minutes early

• Maternelle 1 : End of Year Ecole du Samedi ceremony 10:45-10:55
  Please arrive in class 5 minutes early

• Maternelle 2: End of Year Ecole du Samedi ceremony 10:45-10:55
  Please arrive in class 5 minutes early

Parents who also have older children are welcome to join their older child’s class for their presentation in the Auditorium.

LES GRANDS (at the Auditorium)

Notes for the CP 1 et CP 2, CE1 et CE 2, CM1 et CM2, Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Beginners/Advanced for Teens classes

Parents of the students in the following classes: CP 1 et CP 2, CE1 et CE 2, CM1 et CM2, Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Beginners/Advanced for Teens are invited to attend this end of year presentation in the Auditorium.

Students from each class will first perform a short presentation and will then be recognized by Marc, Michel or Myriam

Parents should be in the Auditorium no later than 11:00 am 

All students will be dismissed following the last class recognition and will receive their diplomas by email during the following week.
